Help really needed to complete hardship letter

Hi all,
I'm new here so i hope that i;ve not missed the thread where my question has been answered....
Ok my claim with abbey has been put on hold so i have decided to claim using the hardship waiver... I have mortgage arrears , secured loan arrears and have taken out a large provident loan to make some payments on these and also other bills. But now i am struggling to pay everyone and i have sent token offer letters to my non prioty debts, however i dont know how much longer a can keep only paying small amounts of my arrears with my mortgage and secured loan..... I have been in touch with CCCS and i have a budget plan now etc... I have the template letter that MSE has but i am getting really stuck in wording how i am in hardship.
this is how i have worded it so far
My current circumstances mean that I am missing mortgage and secured loan repayments which has resulted in arrears on both. I have resulted in taking out a personal loan to cover my day to day living expenses which i am now struggling to repay along with my other debts. Therefore due to the amount of arrears that are owed on my mortgage and secured loan, my home is at risk which is causing me great aniexty and stress.
Please ignore the spelling lol i've not done a spell check on that yet...
Could someone please tell me if that sounds ok, or if they have a better way of wording what i have to say...
Many thanks for reading

Hiya,
I dont know whether your wording is good or not, but wanted to send you a cyber hug!!!!
I am in an almost identical situation to you as far as debts go and how they are starting to gather ground now which is just going to send me into a sharp descent that i have been trying to avoid.
I start maternity leave in 5 weeks too which is going to create even more hardship which i am terrified about.
I sent off my claim for hardship with Abbey last week and now await their response, i am praying they come through otherwise i am stuffed basically.
I hope you get on ok, we should keep in touch to compare notes.
Good luck honey,
thinking of you
Sam
Good luck, i have everything crossed for you.0
