Scooter stalemate

I bought a second hand scooter 6 months ago from a small garage and it has broken down 4 times since. I returned it to the garage in each instance and the fault was the same and they said it was repaired! It has happened again and now the garage wont help anymore and i am left stranded. Surely they should either fix the fault properly or replace the scooter for me or give me a credit towards another one that works? I paid 750 for the item and apart from this fuel flow problem that stops it starting i like the bike, but this problem is costing me loss of work and stress! Anyone help with advice i just need the transport!
