Scantronic 9448 & 9427

My son has set the alarm off and after re-setting it the PIR has latched, ie on all the time. I have only got the user manual which does not cover this and the alarm was in when we bought the house. Can anyone please tell me how to reset this, TIA

Thanks but I have the user manual, I think I need the installers manual or the info to reset it

Thanks again expresso, only prob is if I reset the panel and it reverts back to factory settings I dont know the engineers code and the system would need to be reprogrammed
