    I have just had my monthly Vanquis statement today. The purchase interest rate is rising next month from 34.080% to 41.2% and the cash interest is rising from 41.190% to 47.89%. They have also changed their Customer Service phone line charge to 7p per minute.

    A 7% rise in interest. Has anyone else had this rise?

    It seems a few people have had an interest rate increase lately. I'm due my Vanquis statement any day now and I'm sort of expecting it.

    There is a freephone number for Vanquis customer services. It is 0800 7816314. I've been using this number for quite a while now.
