I had to return a CCA before they would send me the card.
I've read someone elses post about Capital One, they applied got a pin number and then they were declined. Very unfair IMO.

The is specific systems for insurance fraud. I know they even have their own version of hunters.

It say for example
1) Capital One, Current address - 1 no-mans road (5 months) Previous address given - 2 no-mans road ( 10 years )
