S.10 Notice.

I was under the impression (from my OWN experience) that it was legislative and enforceable at start, before any pre letters including Default Notice, Appealing to their better etc were issued that s.10 could take effect and be implemented. As any account would be in dispute from the beginning??

Yes it's a shame alot of the old regulars have disappeared Proliant, Sammy, Darcy, Kiora etc.

I've sent the second letter and I've got the 3 about section 10 ready and waiting.

If I have to issue a N1 form do you take the DCA to court or is it the original lender?

Poor Arsenal....I watched them earlier whilst having Sunday Lunch in a favourite pub of mine.

They started out well....then lost their 'bottle' soon after.

At least they still go to Europe!
