Im sure Sutton would need all the help he can get! Did you sent off the long letter i emailed you ages ago?

Filing N1 form at court is last resort, absolutely! It will have to be based on DPA 1998 argument, no doubt about it for them to even consider removing the default.

Ahhh, you're right it is a last resort - always issue s.10 first or it doesn't go far :-)
