Help????

Hi,

Im after some advise if anyone can help me!

I have had roughly £850 of charges since 2005 when i opened my account with Natwest. I have always had a overdraft. This overdraft is now more than my charges and im although its cleared every month, im unable to pay it off in full at the moment.

Having this overdraft, would this effect the money if my claim was accepted? I also have a loan with Natwest.

I rarely go over my overdraft, but seem to have a charge every month for £12.00 or more. Can i reclaim this?

Any info would be much appreciated.

If im entitled, i would like the get the first letter off asap.

Thanks
