parcel2go, courier services, if you value your items sent by courier avoid parcel2go

I booked a courier, a framed photo, the smashed it and delivered to a random address in norfolk, I booked to have it delivered to lincoln! they are not interested in offering any explanation or compensation or even delivering the item to the correct address, avoid, theres better courier companies out there

I've used parcels2go loads of times, I ordered for a mirror to be collected from a lady down south I got it off ebay. She packed it really well between 2 sheets of wood loads of news papers and put notes all over that it was glass etc.

When I opened it, it was obvious that it had been stood on and was smashed right in the middle.

I also won a table on ebay got parcels2go to collect it, I got a confirmation that it had been collected and I tracked it for 3 days and went to a depot in redhill, then the sell emailed me to tell me that it hadn't been collected!! So eventually the table was collected when it got here the legs were missing and it was battered and ripped to shreds on one end.

Needless to say I've not used them again!

Oh and I know its a "middleman" but its them I paid to do the job so its them who should take the flack!
