Injection Menengitis ACWY £60 ?

This does not sound right to me ... hence i thought i may call on your wisdom. I am flying to the middle east in 3 weeks with a friend. My doctor is saying it's short notice and wants to charge me £60 for this injection and my friend managed to get his done no problems for £20 from his doctor ?
I realise my doctor is being difficult, anyone know of a cheaper way of getting this ACWY injection ? My friends' doctor wants to charge me £50 for not being a patient of his.

Unfortunatley they always seem to get you like that!
If it's short notice they have to order it in especially from a travel clinic. some doctors surgeries do stock different things so can give it cheaper
