Abbey hardship claim query

Hi Folks, Just need a bit of advise please. I applied to Abbey beginning of Feb under the financial hardship to claim around £2000. I received a letter 2 weeks ago advising they were still deling with my claim but if I wasnt happy I could write to the FOS. I done this and I have received the forms from them but not filled them out. Well today I have received a letter from The Abbey offering me £524. Should I accept this or call them saying I want all of my money. The £524 is a huge boost but scared to call them in case they refuse to give it to me if I demand the remainder of the charges. Any advise would be greatfully received!!!:D

You can always ring and try to negociate a higher refund. Remember, if you accept their offer, they will still be obliged to pay the balance if the banks lose the OFT test case.0
