Hi,
I'm new to the forums and whilst browsing thought i'd relay my dillema to the forum in hope that someone may be able to give me some guidance.
I don't know if anyone has had any success with Halifax. But i have had two outstanding claims from Halifax since August 2007. I recieved initial letters that they would keep me posted on the progress, but i've not heard anything since!
More recently i got married. With my head all over the place i accidently paid my venue from my current account card (Halifax) instead of the wedding account i had opened. This resulted in me being overdrawn and then paying a total of £238 charges in a week!! Only finding this out when i return from my honeymoon, with no warnings!
Can anyone please advise on how i can get my money back? As although the relaims seems to be on hold during the test case theres a number of you that have succeeded.
Although not in hardship i could really do with the amost £2000 refund.
Thank you
