    Whoopeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!

I managed to pick up a Toshiba C660 1LD laptop today from the B*rnst*ple extra store, i firstly picked up another Toshiba C660 and when i went to pay for it it came up as £400 ish - way out of my league, so i asked the cashier if they had any others specifically the E350 or Tosh C660 ILD , he came back with the tosh, i asked what the difference was apparently not a lot apart from the price, when i said to him it should be £179.99 he said excuse me and a few expletives popped out of his mouth, he said you got yourself a bargain there!! - yes I KNOW !!! he did say there was one other out the back and he was going to have it for himself at that price - don't blame him to be honest. He did say he was putting out a table this afternoon (upstairs) with lots of electrical bits and pieces - so maybe worth taking a look if your in the area.

They also had one of the E350 netbooks on display but said they couldn't sell it YET !! - so may be worth keeping an eye on.

I managed to talk my husband to going into Mr T's to look at cameras, he was really chuffed as found one of the casio Exilim's for £10 - he rang be about an our or so ago - he got home to find there was no camera in the box, just charger, battery, leads and book etc; he is absolutely devastated - his first attempt to get a bargain and it goes wrong, he rang the store and spoke to the manager who has basically said its his word against theirs that there wasn't one in the box, so i have said to him to give it an hour and if they don't come through i will be ringing head office.

Also they had a VAX cylinder cleaner marked up at £49.9? but going through at £69.9? so could be good for a DTD it was a purple one - upstairs in the electrical department .

  • No cheap laptops or cameras in DAN3ST0N3. Either someone got there before me or it's all out the back of the store with the staff names on it. :(
