    Xmas Saver!
    My extra is being rebuilt!

Well, all the home ware aisles are. They have taken down one whole row of shelves and are rebuilding them differently.

All the sale stuff is being moved around, loads of stuff in cages all over the shop!

Will be fun tomorrow to see what they have.

The Archos MP3 players all gone, unless they have any out the back.

Grrrr im never going late night tesco shopping again, found a camera at £40 but was told i couldnt have it as it will need to be checked as they are having problems with misprices.

They then proceeded to let me buy 6 boxes of blackcurrant buttons, the £3.75 workbench and 2 3.5" photo frames @ £1 each!!!

I reckon the camera was least likely to be a price error!

In the extra the meal deal is usually on an end, just round from the whoopsies, opposite the checkouts.

    Oooh, thanks. :)

OMG what's going on??? Tesco invasion on the grabbit board?! how the hell am I supposed to catch up with that?!

Two days of a huge hangover for me and no visits at mr T :o And I come back to this chaos...

Missed out on the 04/09 ood sels on Monday(not that I haven't got enough phones...)

And I just don't have the energy to hunt the clearance bargains especially three days before my holidays...

Oh well, judging by what's going on now I can expect a pretty busy time when I return home... :D

I hope everyone gets tons of great bargains and glitches! :)

I was a bit worried where you were;) It's been a bit chaotic to say the least on here, so many glitches and silly reductions the last few days, but you know what it's like, always another one waiting:T
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:
  • Morphy Richards Accent Brushed Black toaster - £39.97, ood sel for £19.99.

    A penny and a toaster. :j
If you're not scared, you're not paying attention
  • Been already this morning none of the RH/Breville stuff for me. Either priced up correctly at full price or still at lower. I thought it was my lucky day when I saw the OOD SEL for the microwave but it was scanning still at half price.

I didn't come home without a DTD though. Some wine glasses on my seasonal aisle priced at 88p each with a 3 for 2 sticker on the glass. 3 for 2 didn't kick in. I had paid £5.28 for 6 and got refunded £3.52. So paid I £1.76 for 6 wine glasses, I thought they were good at 88p each.

so i went back to T's again with sis and neice to get a few more vases and found in the same aisle a whole shelf full of bathmats and towels, ther were no barcoded sel's at all but 3 round £1 signs at right angles, it made it look as if the whole display was £1 each

i suspected there was no way they were a £1 but after the silly prices i paid for the vases i wasn't so sure

unfortunately the bath sheets scanned at £9 and mats £4.50 we got 3 bath mats and towels each

we spoke to the duty manager after and showed him the signs, he said as they weren't specific for those items all he could do was refund us

i know you're all going to say without barcoded sel's it's difficult to make a case but the display did genuinely look as if they were on in the summer sale at £1 each

ps i took a photo before i called the manager, when we got back mysteriously only 2 £1 signs left!! Any thoughts on if I write to CS how I explain having a photo

    Thanks

Ps Don't think my sis or neice were impressed and will NOT be going shopping again with me in a long time lol!

You could always say you couldn't believe how many £1 bargains there were and you took a picture to show your friend the colours of the towels etc later just in case they wanted anything. As that was easier than trying to remember what was on the shelves. Of course only good if you can see clearly the bargains I guess. ;)
  • Morning all

Just back from a couple of Tesco's

The jelly glitch is still working :T

I went looking for some bits for presents for my girls to stash away.

They had a massive sale isle with playdough tubs in a stack for 11p ! There are three little tubs, one with two cutters, two with different colours of playdough in. Not massive but for 11p they will keep my girls happy when they are fed up !

I got a high school musical journal in a big box, this was £2.50, apparently it was £10 and had been reduced. It has pages that you make up yourself, stickers, gel pens etc.

And I picked up some of those 'glitz and glamour make your own' SEL was a reduced £1.50 I got a wind charm one that scanned at 50p, and another bracelet making set which went through at £4. I went to customer services for a refund, they didn't offer DTD and I didn't want to ask as the SEL was for another product, so I could have been there all day while he found the correct code. There was another few on the shelf, make your own accessories, and make your own handbag etc, worth keeping an eye out incase they scan at 50p too.

  • Has anyone had any good DTDs today? I know alot of SELs had 06/09/11 as the end date on them. I'm gutted I haven't got time to go & have a look today.

    Good luck everyone!

Is anybody else getting more n more nervous about DTDs? I just seem to get trouted EVERY time. I much prefer the glitches as they require no confrontation whatsoever. Much more pleasant experience!!!
