• Hello,

I love this thread and have become totally addicted to bargain hunting now lol. I went to the very large tesco in W@ls@ll yesterday for the first time and got all excited as I thought I might have found my first DTD.

I needed a single quilt for my spare room when I got to Tesco the silent night quilts had all been reduced downstairs they were labelled as £13 which was half price but upstairs they were labelled at £6.50. When I went to the till I was willing it to scan at the higher price but it came through as £6.50 I was disappointed lol. It was still a very good bargain though

I did get some of the Heinz mini meals the BBQ beans and sausages and the chicken and sweetcorn and the both scanned at 18p each so I was pleased about that.

I am really trying to find some bargains to post about. We have a Giant Tesco re-opening in Dudley soon can’t wait.

Thanks again for this thread I really enjoy reading about all you shopping adventures

I remain hopefull. :)
"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".

Just got back and got the linen smell candles in a jar, £1 instead of £4, cream skyline mugs 28p and the steak Knives. They are a set of 4 and were £8 then reduced with a SEL £3.75 but going through at 68p:T They are really nice quality as well so definately worth getting:) Also if anyone needs them the really large pukka pads and refills are 1/2 price and I go through loads of these so stocked up
