Refunding is a point that hasn't really been picked up on. One of my DTDs was a biggun and also profit making. I was told I couldn't return it for a refund or exchange but where would I have stood if the item was faulty? How much *should* they refund you or are you stuffed because of DTD?

no they have to refund you but it will be awkward as the staff are poorly trained.

the DTD is a separate issue :money:

the refund is up to you under the 28 day return as sold !:A

they might not like it :rotfl:but they can't refuse

Don't know if a misprice or not but I got a Tesco Kingsize applique duvet set today for £7.75(other sizes availible aswell think from about £4.00), it is stickered as being a new item. It is white with ruffled strips of plum and pink material on it, also availible in cream and brown. Barcode is 5052319263084.

Perhaps because some of us reported it
It was funny but also offensive

Is ir me that doesn't know if I'm coming or going with these Denby's?
    One day they're £76, then £38, back to £76
I've had them scanning at both prices at different times all week
Surely there should be more consistency with their pricing

The pricing is consistent. I work for T in the Wholesale Indexing National Division (Unique Pricing), at HO and we change prices hourly to ensure competitiveness. The likelihood is competitors have changed the price of the Denby, so we change to match, then they change back so we do to.
    I'll look into it tomorrow.
