In asda the reduced items have a whoops sticker on them, but regardless of the store the term whoopsie has been adopted for reduced items either battered n broken or nearing sell by date

    Hi Guys,

I'm usually more of a lurker, as I don't often have time to post, but I'd like to say thanks to all of you who do share your deals as we've benefitted so much with DTD/glitches etc lately and every penny helps as hubby was made redundant in March and still out of work.

Anyway, re the Denby dinner sets - which ones have you been scanning?

Yesterday I got 2 x the mushroom sets, barcode 74560652864, still marked at half price, £38, but scanned at...... £85 each :j

Trotted off to CS and got £188 refunded - so paid £18 by Mr T to take them away :T

Also scanned the Black Pepper colour but that was coming up at lower than the half price offer at £33.

Not sure if this was a glitch in my store (where they've now removed the SEL) but definitely worth checking where you are!

    Good Luck!

    Soos x

    Wow, well done you
Had my eye on these for ages but have no money for a week or two.
Love Denby and got a set plus extras last year when they had the summer clubcard deal. Its the only stuff I don't chip or break. I should be grateful I managed a deal last year I guess but its so frustrating. I think our T's is on the ball with pricing unfortunately. Still I got a 1p cat toy a couple of weeks ago that kept me grinning for a bit.

Mugs with big stars on, various colours. Some of the SELs marked as £2.50 or 2 for £4, some marked as £1.25 or 2 for £4, they are going through at £2.50 or 2 for £4. So buy one and get it for free after DTD or buy the 2 and get them for 50p each after DTD, or buy three and get themfor £1. HTH
