Got dtd on the cooler today, 35 pounds back :D although i did stupidly walk away with rtd at first then went back for round 2! First i was told i couldn't get dtd because it was an electrical item, after i pointed out the policy then told me i could get dtd but couldn't keep the item  I said ok give me dtd, thinking i could phone HO and sort it out later with a possible £10 voucher on top :) Just when i was about to walk away i heard her say don't forget your item, i didn't want to cause more fuss so i took it and went :rotfl:

What kind of cooler is it please?

    TIA

I'm playing all the right notes, just not necessarily in the right order!

Got the binatone single this morn, charged £44.99 sel £19.99

SA did say that they had a new price .......(cant remember the posh word) team that were now handling the pricing changes across stores as there have been more than there should be number of errors which cost them with dtd.. so it looks tlike they may be getting on the ball.

Did they say price integrity team?
Every store should already have a PI manager with staff to change the labels.

The PI team is made up of MSEers who spend their free time checking Tescos prices for them ;)

And we do it for free - well sometimes we get paid for our time, other days we simply get some discount on what we buy :rotfl:

The main problem with the PI team is that in my local, it's not so much a team as one person who only works mornings and is responsibly for the all the SELS, they have cut back the hours from this department so what she doesn't get done wait till the next day, how do I know this? She's one of the mums at my sons school, she's always moaning about how they don't support her with time to change the labels.

4 for £3 stickers now removed from the glasses at my local.
Did manage to find a lone packet of luxury cheese sauce in the reduced to clear section. Scanned at 19p
Still no baby bath but loads of 8p shampoo.
