If I find a receipt and they have not used the points, is it ok to use if they paid by card, and what about the price check thingy, after you enter your email address how do they refund you the differance? Thanks

When they email you back* there will be a link to take you to your voucher. Just print it out and take to your local Tesco. They'll give you the value off your shopping.


*They are not very good at emailing you back in a timely manner. If you haven't had one within a couple of days have a read through this thread and you'll pick up some ideas for how to get your voucher (resubmitting with different times for example. Don't worry about this yet though )
