There are a few. Basically some bacon came with stickers on saying you got a free pack of 8 butchers sausages. This ended on Sunday. The treble pack is £4 and the sausages £2.89. So you get £2.89 off the £4.00 - total £1.11 for a treble pack of bacon and 8 sausages. In total I have 24 packs of bacon and 24 packs of sausages (approx). So it has cost me about £27 ish - but jobs a goodun.

Tonight is the busy night. Lots of offers ending. Be warned;)

Not quite sure I get how that's working! So the £2.89 for the sausages is coming off the total price twice instead of once? Or is it a DTD refund due to a £2.89 overcharge? TIA

The bacon is £4.00. I am also charged £2.89 for the sausages - which should be free. That is £6.89. Charged £2.89 extra x 2 = £5.78 overcharge off the £6.89.

Total £1.11 for pack of 3 and 8 sausages

Thank you for clarifying. So it's a case of going to customer services and getting a DTD refund then. I probably won't have much luck getting my DH to drop into Tesco on the way home in that case!

Yep, I'll see if I can get a list together. If possible try and get the 1/2 price ones. They are so much easier to check, when in store. What I tend to do is get the product and check the price with the scanner on the wall, or ask one of the CA's to do a quick scan - price check.

The 3 for 2's etc don't come up until you've paid. Bit more inconvenient. You could also check your list before you head off, to Mr. T's and see whether they are changed online.;)

    Great.

I am kinda reckoning on the labels for promotion still being up!

    We can but hope.

Today's offer on fray bentos was updated sharpish so missed opportunity there!

    Ps

LOADS of hp offers end on the 4th July so the 5th might be fraught with possibilities!

I should have done a list yesterday, as they have been removed now and it says from the 29th. I'll see if I can find them elsewhere.

If you go to compare super market prices . co. uk and search Tesco, in search type 28/6/2011, you will see what I mean about them having a busy night ;)

I'm not sure why MSE's filter won't let me post the link

Sorry this is slightly off topic but, I'm cooking my first tin of 10p chilli tonight and it's a bit bland, I'm think I saw a post suggesting to add worcester sauce to it? Is that right? Don't want to add the wrong thing and make it worse! I've already added a chopped red pepper and a tin of kidney beans as there were hardly any in it (as well as the meat, of course!)
