Northern Rock Fixed Rate Cash ISA Issue 94

Has anybody had problems paying in this Fixed Rate Cash ISA Issue 94 by direct payment (BACS), namely having the instruction bouncing back, then appearing paid out and paid in on the statement for the current account where the direct payment comes from ?
Any idea how to solve this ?

Its a closed issue, so deposits can no longer be made into it (current ones are 106 107 108)0
