You've just reminded me of the fishmonger in my local Asda. He was so helpful, asked me what I liked, help me choose and gave me advice on how to cook it. I was so impressed that I went over to customer services and told his manager.

I give him organic free range eggs, tofu, broccoli etc so I know he's getting SOME omega 3. I suppose there's always something the 'experts' are telling us we're not getting enough of!

Thanks everyone, and I appreciate the links competitionscafe.May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0 -
I was buying some yoghurt drinks for my daughter and they said that Omega 3 oils can be found in some fish and nuts. Maybe your local health food store can advise you further.0
