    That's great news jellygirl! We're going through Homelet at the moment, I failed the credit check (no surprise there!) but my husband passed however as he isn't working, we have to have a guarantor who earns either a min of £20000 or someone with funds in the bank to cover the rent if we were to default.

    I was already on edge about the situation as we love the house so much, after having read this I'm now even more nervous.

    Fingers crossed that it all works out
