Booking 10 flights

I am trying to book 10 flights online, however all the sites I have tried will only allow me to enter a maximum of about 7 people (varies from site to site).

I really don't want to do it in 2 or more sessions as I am concerned that I there may not be enough seats for all and/or the price may go up.

Any ideas how can I book for all 10 at the same time?

Thanks.

Where are you wanting to go and what dates.
How many adults and how many kids(also kids ages)?

you could ring them and ask if they will honour the web price because you cant book your amount online.
Or have to browsers open at the same time. Fill all the details in on each one then click buy but leave about a 30 second gap between each one
If you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel

Last option about opening 2 browsers can be risky though. My friend once did this but the last one didnt go through as flight was full.

  • Some airlines like BA have a dedicated Group Bookings telephone number, for 10 or more passengers.

    ba.com
If you are planning to travel as part of a group of 10 or more people, then you could benefit by booking through British Airways Group Sales, or through one of our preferred partners who specialise in group bookings.

Booking directly with British Airways Group Sales means:

it's hassle-free and convenient - we will search all the flight options for you
you can book up to 11 months before you travel
space can be held with a deposit
full payment must be received six weeks before travelling
names can be advised as late as 5 days before departure. Name changes are permitted, however a ticket issue charge of £25.00 will be applied
meals and special assistance may also be requested

To find out more about our competitive rates call us now on: 08705 33 22 66

    Booking directly on ba.com means:

you can book up to six people at once, to a maximum of 20 people. You will be charged the lowest fare for as many passengers as we can accommodate before moving up into the next lowest fare class. For group bookings of more than 20 people, you will need to phone Group Sales
you will not pay for the flexibility that you receive when booking through Group Sales. For example, via ba.com you will pay the full amount at the time of booking and will not be able to make any changes or receive any refunds

It depends on the airline in question. Calling is a good bet if it's an internet-based airline, however, they often charge higher amounts over the phone and/or have an expensive phone number. Lots of scheduled airlines have group departments or you could of course, use a travel agent. What are the flight details?
And if, you know, your history...

    Thanks for all advice.

I am currently looking at a BA flight Heathrow-Munich on 5/8/2006, return Prague-Heathrow 19/8/2006. This is currently coming out at around £96 ticket.

The party is 6 adults, 3 kids aged 13, and 1 aged 11. This doesn't matter for the BA flight as they are all charged the same.

It may well pay to give BA a call.

I am finding it a bit of a nightmare trying to please everyone (one doesn't want to fly from Stansted, another doesn't want to transfer by train, etc.) so I'm sure this will not be my last post on the topic.
