Hotel/B&B in Chichester for July

I'm not sure if this is the correct board for this but I could really do with some help from you clever people! I have read the "Cheap Hotels" guide & can't seem to get what we need.
There is a family wedding coming up & as such my OH, parents, DD (2 years old) & I need to stay in Chichester (or very close by) on the nights of Friday 10th July & Saturday 11th July. We will obviously want a room for my parents & then one for ourselves with our DD.
PremierInn is quoting £140 per room (eg. £280) total excluding breakfast & a local B&B has quoted £160 per room including breakfast - Chichester is an expensive place!
Through hotels.co.uk I have found my parents a twin room inc. breakfast for the 2 nights for only £85 (inc discount), it is 10 miles away & I thought we could share a taxi home after the wedding but when I put in for a room for us with our DD the hotel no longer appears. So my parents will not save as much as they won't be sharing the taxi back with us & we will still be paying a fortune
Please, please can anyone help me find a deal that I'm missing?
Any help much appreciated!!

Last year we had a very pleasant stay at the Innkeepers Lodge at Fontwell about 7 miles away from Chichester. Price includes a very good all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast.
