Is there an easy way of getting sorting office info

Hi, Is there a way to find out what sorting offices cover which area and the phone number?

Looked on RM and its says you have to phone the 0870 number to get the info, ive done this in the past but I resent having to pay extra for the call when it take you 5 minutes to navigate through all the options.

I have a buyer whos not got their order so have decided to start phoning myself as ive had parcels returned due to buyer not collecting even when they claim to have phoned.
