I would still be careful. See what arrives but be very careful before you put pen to paper and commit to anything.
It appears quite normal for them to ask for debit card details "simply to confirm your identity", then whack! a fee comes out.
If you are struggling, why not contact CCCS yourself and cut out this doubt altogether.
The DFW board may be a good place to continue this post.0 -
I have received the paper work from the debt management company (which will not be filled out). The Loan company has said that they will call me once I have received these papers. They do not have my debit card details so I know that there will be no fee.
If they do not call me back I will not be doing anymore about this.
