Costco great customer service

:T Went into COSTCO at the weekend to really to check when we bought our microwave from them that stopped working, i though we had only bought it a couple of years ago. They checked their records and said we bought it April 2004. The customer service person said hang on i'll speak with the manager, then came back and said bring it back and we will replace it. so we did and they have. How great is that.:T
