Warning - inkprices.com!

I ordered some paper from ink prices.com on Saturday.
Needed the paper urgently for tomorrow, and paid an extra £15+vat for next day delivery.
Their website said the order would be processed monday and sent Tuesday.
Well Tuesday came - and no paper. Decided to ring them after I'd had no reply to my email.
Gave the man i spoke to my order number, and he said "oh, they've actually discontinued that product a while ago. I don't know how you were able to order it!"
I told him that I wasn't happy as they should perhaps update their website! Also told him - well that didn't stop you taking the payment for it, did it? He sounded suprised they they already had.
He then asked me to hold the line - came back and said that actually they do have that paper they just haven't bothered to process it as they've been very busy?!?!!?!?!
Now I'm annoyed - stated that I'd paid an extra £15 for delivery next day - they least i should have got was a refund for the £15 or a warning saying it'll be a few days late.
Requested a refund - not holding my breath either!
Thought I'd had a good search about them didn't throw up any bad apples. But a company that can't be "bothered" to process an order is totally unacceptable!
