business website - where to start?

The first thing you need to do is to register your domain name. You can do this with a domain registrar, I would prefer GoDaddy.com. Then you need to work to create the look and feel for your web site. A good designer will help you to figure out the design and look. Your next step is to secure a hosting account for your web site. Your web designer can help you to do this as well.0

GoDaddy has had a beating in the forums and polls recently, (lots of reports about problems trying to move domains away too) not one I'd choose personally.0

Whats the website for? I am looking to add a few more sites to my portfolio as I am trying to do some more freelance web design.
Depending on the site, I may be willing to do it for free for you.
You will need to pay for your own domain name and hosting though (I can supply these if you need them).
PM me if your interested.
