    The sony was the top end of our budget and we'd have liked a 37" for that price but pretty chuffed and it's all set up and seems fine (not had much chance to test the HD through my PS3 yet though)

    LG ~ HD Ready, 3 hdmis and inbuilt freeview
    Contrast ratios mean NOTHING to actual picture quality so dont worry your self over that

    thats a pretty good tv for an LG
