CH: Change to wording of Gift Aid forms

If you work for a charity, be aware that we're supposed to change the wording of Gift Aid forms to include reference to the transitional arrangements which followed the reduction in income tax.

I'm anticipating that this will be included in the next bulletin from the Independent Examiners, which is another excellent source of readable information!
