Credit Card / BT question

Hi all, i'm a complete idiot around money [STRIKE]sometimes[/STRIKE] all the time but I was hoping that someone could explain to me if and how the following would work.
At the moment i've got two credit cards with £376.82 (Amex) and £405.26 (Natwest) and an overdraft from First Direct of £346 to pay off. (I'm self employed and the working isn’t around at the moment so i'm still paying for Christmas  )
I want to make a balance transfer and put the two credit cards onto the Amex. (It has a better rate, bigger limit and that way I would only get the one bill each month rather than the two) I'm not sure how to do that – would I just phone Amex customer services and ask them for a BT having all the relevant documentation to hand?
Would it also be possible to place the overdraft on to the card as well? (I read Martins articles about BTs, would this be a ‘super balance transfer’?) Does anyone know if it would be possible to do this? Or should I just take the bull by the horns and phone Amex and see what they say?
I'm sorry to sound like a complete div over this but if I don’t ask I don’t know

Ring AMEX up and ask to do a BT make sure you've got both cards handy tho'. Unfortunately AMEX as far as I'm aware don't do SBT's - so you'd not be able to BT your overdraft on to the card.0

You can BT the £405 onto Amex just phone them .
Unfortunately you cannot do a BT to a bank account from Amex as you would need a card similar to MINT to do the SBT.
How about instead of spending on your account spend on the Amex upto the value of the FD overdraft and allow your wages to go into FD account thereby paying off the overdraft?
One problem with this is the current APR on your Amex and the allocation of interest to the BT and then spending on the card.
You could spend on the Amex card first up to £346 then pay it off and then do the BT from Nat West.
just a idea.
Or just get a MINT card.0
