How much to repair windscreen?

I will hopefully be getting my car back after recent accident (February!!) and the Zafira I have has a very small ship in the screen. Bearing in mind i had a problem with the previous rental car and a cracked screen (I didn't do it) but touch wood 1car1 having gone bust they haven't charged me yet.

So when I collected the current car from Enterprise I checked the screen throughly and although I haven't a clue when this chip happened I guess it is down to me.

So my questions are:-

1. How much will Enterprise hit me for if I don't repair it?

2. How much do the comanies charge (non-insurance) to fix.

3. Who is cheapest/best in or around Glasgow/Kilmarnock area?

Think I'm sorted £35 is the quote from Fast Glaze Auto in Glasgow, which seems reasonable.
