Can anyone please tell me the history of these two properties? I'm very very upset as we had an offer accepted on a very similar property, paid for valuation and survey and had solicitor do some extra checks, only for the seller to change her mind yesterday and pull out

1 on market since 1st Feb. No price drops.

2 on market since 13 Oct last year. Reduced from £214,950 to £205,000 on 27 December, down to £199,000 on 24th April
