    walk the 10k, it'll take about 2 or 3 hours depenedant on your pace.

    then try walking that for 10 days in a row and do the west highland way.

    i did it once and im not the fittest.

    OH + me decided to take up goin out for walks n stuff a month or so back, but as yet, its not happened

    I'm having a bit of a crappy day today. I tried to help someone, and was in an impossible position because I didn't have any real life contact details for them.

    But they feel like I've done the wrong thing, and have sent me some really upsetting messages. :(

    In the same circustances, I would make the same decision again - in fact I know it was the only possible decision, but it still really upset me.

    Luckily my bessie mate was on hand with chocolate and hugs. :kiss:

    Hugs hun. It always helps to have a friend nearby with a nice bit of choccie and a hug. I wish i had a nearby choccy friend :p
