walk the 10k, it'll take about 2 or 3 hours depenedant on your pace.

I'm having a bit of a crappy day today. I tried to help someone, and was in an impossible position because I didn't have any real life contact details for them.
But they feel like I've done the wrong thing, and have sent me some really upsetting messages.
In the same circustances, I would make the same decision again - in fact I know it was the only possible decision, but it still really upset me.
Luckily my bessie mate was on hand with chocolate and hugs.
