Sturminster is nice and local, well its about half an hour (5 mins from where I grew up) so it could be a nice run...I do think it might be a little undulating but sure we will cope

yep.... that's the weekend i will be in Dorset....

If i realistically could get the miles up, *could* i manage a half...? my current times equate to a just under 3 hour half... but i've never done more than 6miles..... i've already doubled my miles in the last 6 weeks, could i honestly double them again????
