1. Winners of the Telegraph Moet Hennessy Wine Kitchen competition, promoted online and in the Sunday Telegraph on 26 April 2009, are automatically entered into this prize draw for a trip for two to Australia. Entrants must be residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited, Moet Hennessy or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. The winner of the prize will be drawn at random from the winners of the Telegraph Moet Hennessy Wine Kitchen competition. The winners’ names and counties can be obtained by sending a sae to Telegraph Moet Hennessy Wine Kitchen Winners, Telegraph Promotions Department, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT between, 6 May 2009 and 5 June 2009.
4. The prize draw will be held at the Food and Wine Pairing Wine Kitchen workshop at L’atelier des Chefs Cookery School on 5 May 2009.
5. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication.
6. The winner will win a trip of a lifetime to the breathtaking Margaret River region of south-west Australia, home of fine wine Cape Mentelle. The prize is subject to availability.
The prize includes return flights to Perth, car hire, accommodation and transfers, and a VIP tour and tasting of the stunning Cape Mentelle vineyards.
The prize does not include personal expenditure and other incidental costs other than those stated and exclusion periods may apply. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
7. Moet Hennessy reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value, at its absolute discretion.
8. The Promoter and Moet Hennessy do not accept responsibility, and you agree not to hold the Promoter and Moet Hennessy responsible for, any of the following:
a. Prizes which are lost or damaged in transit;
b. Entry forms which, although submitted by an entrant, are not received by the Promoter;
c. Lost or delayed prize notifications;
d. Any event outside the Promoter’s reasonable control which may disrupt the competition;
e. Any loss or damage which may arise directly from this competition
9. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising out of the competition will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
10. Moet Hennessy’s decision on the trip details are final and can be changed at any given time
11. The Telegraph is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication of the prize draw. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of Moet Hennessy.0
