Hi,
Hoping someone can answer my question.
In the process of trying to buy a new build property on at 220k have managed to get them down to 205k.
Will the LTV be worked out on the 220k list price or the actual purchase price of 205k.

The mortgage lender will send around a valuer who will determine the value of the property that the LTV is then set against. In practice this will be the the purchase price but it can be lower... it won't be higher!0
