who to address letters too?

hey there, i am wanting to send my letter off to my local Natwest branch claiming hardship, and i was wondering who to address the letter too?

And is it definatly my local branch i send this letter too?

~ps i already have a list of all of my bank charges~

    hey and thanks for your reply .. but are you sure its not to the local branch as in one of the forums it says the following ...

    "Once you've got your statements back. You need to write to your bank and ask them for the charges you are reclaiming (sending a list of the charges with the letter). These letters (including templates) are covered in step 3 and step 4 of

    For this section of your claim, you can send the letters to your local branch. Don't forget to send all your letters recorded/registered post. This way you have proof they received them."

    Branches do not deal with claims and certainly not hardship. It will be forwarded by internal post and will reach Customer Service Response Unit eventually. Better to send it direct.

    Adam, I worked for the bank for 10 and a half years until February 2009. Which website was it since, I am on all of the bank charges websites and I will flag that with admin on that particular site.
    I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
