Low Cost Train Fares?
We are in blackpool and needing to go to Largs in Scotland.
The only one i can find at the moment is a return for two at £137.60, changing in glasgow. Now anyone know of any cheaper ones in july leaving on the 10th? Not really up on travel costs as i usually have my car.

You could try this;
Blackpool - Glasgow Central 10th July 0634 Advance Single £9
Glasgow Central - Largs Anytime Single £6.40
Total Single £15.40 per person.
If you have a return date, then look for the cheap advance tickets from Glasgow Central to Blackpool and it will be more cheaper to get a return ticket from Glasgow to Largs than 2 singles.Whoa! This image violates our terms of use and has been removed from view0 -
If you and your partner register on First Great western you can take another £5 each of that too.
There's a thread about it somewhere on here.0 -

If you do this you can set up a new e mail account and get a new FGW code for that e mail addy as well and do the bookings as 1 ticket at a time and get £5 off each ticket and it will knock the price down even more.
PM me if you want me to tell u how to do this!!!!!0
