House Equity

We're currently in the process of selling our house, and upon completion we'll be moving into my partners Parents house, mainly to save the fee's for purchasing a new place and also to see what the market does in the early part of the year.
My question is, we'll have about 50k equity that we will need to deposit, does anybody know of any high interest saving accounts that reward a large deposit with higher than normal interest rates, with month on month interest, risk free, and with instant access and no penalties when we withdraw the full amount?
