Reclaiming bank charges if I am still overdrawn with the bank

Hi, new to this so please be patient with me if I make no sense.
Could anyone tell me if it is possible to claim bank charges to a bank that I still have an overdraft with. I am paying money in each month as arranged with the bank but the interest that they are putting on is making it increasingly hard to get the amount down! Any advice welcome. Thanks

Yes you reclaim the charges even if you are using the overdraft with the bankHi, new to this so please be patient with me if I make no sense.
