Hi bought a portable dvd/tv in Sept from ebay brand new. It has now stopped working. I have emailed the seller as he is a regular but he hasn't replied. I will try again but wanted to know a little about my rights. It says on the site that we have 1 year guarantee but I have lost the paper work.
Any advice would be great.
Thanks in advance.

Which site does it say that you have a one year warranty, if it is form your original auction page then call up the sellers telephone number and give him a call.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. What brand is the tv? Try bypassing the seller and go straight to manufacturer.0
