TV I bought in Sept 09, stopped working, what are my rights??

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
Hi bought a portable dvd/tv in Sept from ebay brand new. It has now stopped working. I have emailed the seller as he is a regular but he hasn't replied. I will try again but wanted to know a little about my rights. It says on the site that we have 1 year guarantee but I have lost the paper work.

Any advice would be great.

    Which site does it say that you have a one year warranty, if it is form your original auction page then call up the sellers telephone number and give him a call.

    Thanks Soolin I will look for his number. He is ignoring my emails, found this out because I asked somebody else to email him with a general question, he answered more or less straight away!!

    What brand is the tv? Try bypassing the seller and go straight to manufacturer.
