I am wondering if these guidlines on reclaiming bank charges only apply to Joe public or if they also apply to companies/charities.Iwill be very intersted to know.

I would be worried if a charity was going over their overdraft limit and getting items bounced. Or even having an overdraft.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
