Sorry as a Newbie I can't put a link on, so go to the surrey downs magazine (.co.uk) website and then competitions on the left hand side.
Only need to put contact details. Ladies Day is Friday 5th June not the actual Derby meeting which is on the Saturday.
Says online entries restricted to Surrey and SW London residents.
