Saving account with bank card

Hello

I want to open a bank account which i can open online easily and which comes with any sort of bank card.

Advice please

    I think Bank of Scotland did a decent one a while ago too.

    The BOS one (Instant Access Savings Account) is now 0.5%.

    It is though accessible through Halifax online banking, so gives instant & easy transfers to/from Halifax accounts.
