  • Do not open the mail and return it all as not known at that address

I cant believe how many people open mail that isnt for them then moan when companies just tell them to send it back as such.

Anyone who receives mail they shouldnt should just send it back.

Opened letters of this sort with not known at address looks like people ignoring the issue. Closed ones suggest its a genuine claim

We have a similiar problem here, we keep getting letters for a bloke we have never heard of from a debt company (not opened any, just recognise the addie on back). We get about two a week and send them back as not know at this address twice a week, but they keep on coming, anything we can do about it> xx

I think some companies try about 3 times before placing the account hold. If they continue, ask Royal Mail if they can do something about it.
