Caravan Holiday Booked, Caravan Repossessed, Template Letter Needed

Hi

Booked a caravan for a week's holiday this summer and paid a £60 deposit. Just discovered that the caravan has been repossessed by the finance company.

I'm still trying to get hold of the owner, spoke to them yesterday, but would like to put a letter in writing in an attempt to get the deposit back.

I've tried looking on the Consumer Direct website for a template letter but can't find one as not sure what legislation it comes under. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Thanks

Is this any help? Not quite your template but there are some tips in this link.

Thanks, saw that earlier (didn't want to barge in with my problem so created new thread). Unfortunately no links to template letters there though, even though someone mentions them
