My hamper arrived today :j

Maybe you have to take the letter along to the store to claim the prize? I remember some of the prizes where one-offs from smaller independent stores/resturants so they may not have vouchers as such (like the big chains M&S, Selfridges etc). Best email London West End to confirm though.
